Starting point
Until early July 2026 the site was essentially invisible in Google: daily impressions sat near zero and clicks came only from branded searches.
About 185 known URLs and roughly 130 indexed in mid-July, in a category — multi-AI platforms, AI agent builders, AI tools for specific jobs — crowded with well-funded SaaS brands.
What we did
- Built a scalable /use-cases/ library of comparison and "best tool for X" pages — best AI tools for Google Sheets, best multi-AI platforms 2026, best no-code AI agent builders 2026, best enterprise-secure AI agent platforms — targeting high-intent, answer-shaped queries.
- Expanded the known URL set from about 185 to 414 pages and grew the indexed set to 230.
- Implemented breadcrumb structured data, validated in Search Console, to clarify site hierarchy for search engines and AI systems.
- Positioned the brand around the "multi AI" entity, so the site ranks for both branded and category terms.
- Used CrawlBudget to keep crawl and indexation focused on the revenue pages as the library scaled.
Search results
- Inflection in early July 2026: daily impressions climbed from near zero to a sustained band of roughly 2,000–3,500 through September and October, with clicks peaking at about 27 in a day.
- 235,000 impressions and 1,250 clicks over six months at an average position of 14.4.
- The most recent 90 days alone account for 212,000 impressions and 1,120 clicks at position 13.9 — about 90% of the half-year's visibility was earned in the last quarter.
- Category terms now drive discovery: "multi ai" generated 5,345 impressions, "multi ai tool" 1,465 and "multi ai platform" 1,339.
- Indexed pages up to 230, from about 130 in mid-July.
Visibility in Google's AI answers
- 42,800 impressions in Google's generative AI features across 235 pages, from 18 May to 16 October 2026 — the full range the report offers.
- Daily AI-answer impressions rose from near zero in May to around 450 by October.
- A single question-style query about AI marketing operations tooling returned 7,678 impressions on its own.
| Page | AI impressions |
|---|---|
| /use-cases/best-ai-workflow-automation-tools-marketing-teams | 8,355 |
| /use-cases/best-ai-tools-for-google-sheets | 5,527 |
| /use-cases/best-multi-ai-platforms-2026 | 4,827 |
| /use-cases/best-enterprise-secure-ai-agent-platforms | 2,781 |
| Homepage | 2,371 |
What has not worked yet
- Click-through is the weak point: 1,250 clicks from 235,000 impressions is a 0.5% rate. Most of the visibility sits on broad category terms at positions 6–10; the branded queries that convert at 18–72% are a small share of the total.
- 414 known URLs against 230 indexed — nearly half the library is still waiting on indexation.
